2.1 No Investment Advice
- RippleBids does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to token descriptions, market data, or transaction guidance, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or token.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any transaction or use of the Platform. Consult a qualified financial, legal, or tax professional before making any decisions.
2.2 Independent Judgment
- Your use of the Platform and any transactions involving cryptocurrencies or tokens are based on your own independent judgment and research. RippleBids does not endorse or guarantee the value, performance, or suitability of any cryptocurrency or token.
3. Token Classification
3.1 Utility Tokens
- The Platform supports transactions in cryptocurrencies and tokens, including but not limited to ETH, XRP, SUI, SOL (Solana), XRPB (XRPL and EVM), and XRPB-SOL. These are offered as utility tokens intended solely for use within the Platform to facilitate transactions, such as purchasing items, paying fees, or accessing services.
- RippleBids does not represent or warrant that these tokens are securities, commodities, or any other regulated financial instrument under U.S. or international law.
3.2 No Legal Determination
- The classification of tokens as "utility tokens" is not a legal determination. The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies and tokens may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change. You are responsible for consulting legal counsel to understand the regulatory status of any token you use on the Platform, including compliance with securities laws (e.g., Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. § 77a et seq.) or other regulations.
3.3 Future Changes
- RippleBids may add or remove support for specific cryptocurrencies or tokens at its discretion, with notice provided via the Platform or email. Such changes do not constitute a representation about the value or status of any token.
4. Risks of Cryptocurrency and Token Use
Cryptocurrency and token transactions involve significant risks, which you accept by using the Platform. These risks include, but are not limited to:
4.1 Market Volatility
- Cryptocurrency and token markets are highly volatile. The value of tokens such as ETH, XRP, SUI, SOL, XRPB, or XRPB-SOL may fluctuate significantly, and you may incur substantial financial losses. RippleBids does not guarantee the value or stability of any token.
4.2 Irreversible Transactions

4.3 Wallet and Network Security
- You are solely responsible for securing your cryptocurrency wallet, including private keys, seed phrases, and authentication credentials. RippleBids does not collect, store, or have access to your private keys.
- Losses due to compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user error (e.g., sending tokens to an incorrect address or blockchain network) are your responsibility. RippleBids is not liable for such losses.
4.4 Blockchain Network Risks
- Transactions depend on external blockchain networks, which may experience delays, congestion, high fees, or failures (e.g., network outages, forks, or smart contract vulnerabilities). RippleBids is not responsible for issues arising from blockchain network performance.
4.5 Regulatory Risks
- Cryptocurrencies and tokens are subject to evolving regulatory frameworks in the U.S. and globally. Changes in laws or regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, or FinCEN rules) may impact the use, value, or legality of tokens on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
4.6 Third-Party Risks
- The Platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., wallet providers like Xaman, MetaMask, Slush Wallet, Phantom Wallet; escrow services; ShipEngine). These services may have their own risks, terms, and limitations, for which RippleBids is not liable.
5. Taxes
5.1 User Responsibility
